Sometimes, companies just get it right. Ya know? See: Ink. Ink soy sauce is delicious and so simple to use– dash, drizzle, pour, dunk. From stir-fry to burgers to marinades to dipping sauces to salad dressings, every drop of Ink soy sauce brings more to the table, grill and wok than any other soy sauce. Each bottle is concocted from real ingredients, and crafted in small batches with naturally brewed non-GMO soy sauce.
We talked to Danielle from GA about INK Soy Sauce, and here is what she had to say:
Q: In one word, how would you describe the soy sauce?
“Ink Soy Sauce is deliciously rich in soy flavor and has just the right amount of spiciness from the Thai Chili pepper.”
Q: Describe the soy sauce, in one line.
Danielle: Ink Soy Sauce is deliciously rich in soy flavor and has just the right amount of spiciness from the Thai Chili pepper.
Q: What leading flavor do you taste in the soy sauce?
Danielle: Soy and Thai Chili.
Q: Describe the flavor, in one line.
Danielle: The flavor of the Ink Soy Sauce is rich, spicy, just the right amount of salty and is an absolutely wonderful sauce for my fried rice lunch.
Q: How did you or will you use INK Soy Sauce?
Danielle: I'd use Ink Soy Sauce in my homemade shrimp and snow pea stir-fry, as both a marinade for the shrimp and to finish the dish off before serving. I would also use it as a steak marinade for some ribeye steaks that I have in the refrigerator - the flavor is pungent enough to marinate them very nicely and impart a wonderful flavor.
