Gretchen: I love honey soy chicken. The garlic sesame Ink Soy Sauce flavor is perfect for this wonderful dish. The recipe calls for 4 cloves of garlic, but I use 2 cloves along with the garlic sesame flavor Ink Soy Sauce to create the dish. The sesame flavor adds a perfect balance to this recipe.
