Q: What leading flavor do you taste in the soy sauce?

Courtney: I taste the sesame more than garlic, but it's very tasty.
Q: How did you or will you use INK Soy Sauce?
Courtney: I used the sauce tonight on food I had already purchased. In the future, I intend to sauté vegetables with it, as well as season chicken with it!!! It would also be very tasty with stir-fry. I intend to try them all.
