Lisa: Wasabi!!!!!!! Love it!!

Lisa: The flavor of wasabi is difficult to describe and difficult to duplicate in regard to actual wasabi from the Orient, and Ink has been able to simulate it so that it is close to the actual intense zip represented.
Q: How did you or will you use INK Soy Sauce?
Lisa: I am thrilled to find a product that is so close to the actual flavoring of wasabi. My family, husband and I, who have experienced time in Japan and overseas, have found that this product is excellent and use it in all aspects. We use it for flavoring in our meats, but the best thing that we have found (besides rice of course) is mashed potatoes. Believe it or not, it brings out a flavor that is indescribable, so I would recommend a recipe where you can even use boxed mashed potatoes and put in a little of Ink Soy Sauce. Wasabi flavor pulls out numerous intense flavors that are so hard to describe, and I recommend this to anybody that loves blissful changes in their foods! Wasabi is an intense taste, which is difficult to describe, but I encourage everyone to try it.
