Q: In one word, how would you describe the soy sauce?
Q: Describe the soy sauce, in one line.
Magna: By itself it tastes pretty good- not super salty to my surprise. I didn't consider how spicy the chili flavor would be (I like spicy foods) but it's really spicy. I also used it as a marinade for my chicken with vinegar, brown sugar and a bit of oil and it turned out great! It wasn't too salty, which is always my concern. Overall, great tasting and great experience.
Q: What leading flavor do you taste in the soy sauce?
Magna: Wasabi was the first thing that came to mind.

Q: How did you or will you use INK Soy Sauce?
Magna: As I stated earlier, I just tried a simple 4-ingredient chicken breast recipe that turned out delicious. Next, I'd like to try a honey soy tilapia recipe I found on Pinterest. It looks delicious with a side of steamed broccoli and brown rice.
