Meredith:  Sesame.

Meredith:  Smokey, toasted sesame flavor with hint of garlic.
Q: How did you or will you use INK Soy Sauce?
Meredith:  I think it would be great to add to a stir-fry recipe with some chicken and fresh vegetables, served over brown rice. I might even add a dash to Chinese take out to flavor things up a bit.
