Sherri: I taste the chili first, then soy .

Q: How did you or will you use INK Soy Sauce?
Sherri: I will be trying Ink Chili Soy in a number of recipes. The first thing I am going to try will be sautéed shrimp with this sauce, and I will put them in a mixed green salad. I will probably try adding this sauce to a chicken stir-fry soon. I also think it would be excellent for pad Thai noodles and pork .
