Q: Describe the soy sauce, in one line.
Tamara: Even though the bottle is marketed with a specific flavor, Ink Soy Sauce is extremely flavorful. I was not expecting the ability to actually taste the flavor.
Q: What leading flavor do you taste in the soy sauce?
Q: Describe the flavor, in one line.
Tamara: I chose the Garlic Sesame, and though I cannot taste the sesame too much, the garlic is evident, but not overbearing!
Q: How did you or will you use INK Soy Sauce?
Tamara: While soy sauce is traditionally used in Asian dishes, Ink can be used in a multitude of ways. For example, I am using my Garlic Sesame flavored Ink Soy Sauce in a marinade for some Cornish hens. I'm anxious to see how Ink will make the flavor burst!!
