Tanya: The soy sauce and the wasabi are coupled together nicely. I love how you taste the soy sauce first, then the wasabi follows. Since the wasabi taste is mild in heat, it's rather perfect for all pallets to enjoy.

Q: How did you or will you use INK Soy Sauce?
Tanya: The taste is so flavorful that I will use it by itself on stir-fry and noodle dishes, as well as create glazes and sauces that require a savory taste. This sauce really has universal properties; I will enjoy it with many dishes.
