Catherine: I taste a bold wasabi/horseradish flavor, but it isn't too spicy.

Catherine: This soy sauce has a bold wasabi/horseradish flavor that is slightly bitter, but not terribly spicy.
Q: How did you or will you use INK Soy Sauce?
Catherine: I think that Ink Wasabi Soy Sauce would be great for marinating fish, such as salmon or tuna. The flavor reminds me of eating sushi, so I think it would be paired perfect with grilled fish.
