Q: How did you or will you use INK Soy Sauce?
June: I bought Ink soy sauce with wasabi flavor for Japanese and Korean sushi and rolls, but I think the flavor will go well with Chinese cuisine like dumplings and dim sum. It will also be a perfect sauce for steamed veggies. This weekend I will also try it to make sauce for Vietnamese springrolls.
