Little Drops, Big Flavor

Sometimes, companies just get it right.  Ya know?  See: Ink.  Ink soy sauce is delicious and so simple to use– dash, drizzle, pour, dunk.  From stir-fry to burgers to marinades to dipping sauces to salad dressings, every drop of Ink soy sauce brings more to the table, grill and wok than any other soy sauce.  Each bottle is concocted from real ingredients, and crafted in small batches with naturally brewed non-GMO soy sauce.

We talked to Krystal Cristillo from NC about INK Soy Sauce, and here is what she had to say:

Q: In one word, how would you describe the soy sauce?
Krystal Cristillo:  Delicious
Q: Describe the soy sauce, in one line.
Krystal Cristillo:  Thai Chili Ink soy sauce has a denser consistency than your average soy sauce, offering a more full-bodied flavor, subtle kick, yet a light and airy taste that doesn't diminish the taste of your food.
Q: What leading flavor do you taste in the soy sauce?
Krystal Cristillo:  It has a barbecue sauce-like taste.
Q: Describe the flavor, in one line.
Krystal Cristillo:  The flavor is full-bodied, with light citrus flavors and a subtle kick of pepper.

Q: How did you or will you use INK Soy Sauce?
Krystal Cristillo:  I would use Ink soy sauce in cooking Asian dishes, snacking on crackers with a drizzle of the sauce. I would use it to create my own teriyaki sauce, as a marinade or glaze, and especially on baked potatoes.

Thank you for your time, Krystal Cristillo! We love your feedback.
