Lori: The sesame is the strongest taste and then the garlic. It is not overpowering like some sauces with garlic can be. It is just the right amount of flavor, not overpowering at all. I will purchase this rather than regular soy sauce because I love garlic.
Q: What leading flavor do you taste in the soy sauce?
Q: Describe the flavor, in one line.
Lori: It is similar to teriyaki sauce but with more burst of flavor.
Q: How did you or will you use INK Soy Sauce?
Lori: I make garlic ginger stir fry, and I will use this instead of regular soy sauce. I will also use it to dip broccoli in because I am not a fan of broccoli, but this flavor will make a difference.
