Catherine: The flavor is wasabi.
Q: How did you or will you use INK Soy Sauce?
Catherine: I would use this sauce the make a stir-fry with chicken and veggies. I would put as much as needed and most likely add more at the end of cooking, in the pan. It had such a good flavor that I will use it in many more recipes also.
