Tabitha: I can taste the ginger, but it isn't overpowering.

Tabitha: It is a little bit tangy, but also a sweet, zesty flavor at the same time.
Q: How did you or will you use INK Soy Sauce?
Tabitha: I may try adding it to hamburger when making spaghetti. I think it would mix well with the flavors in the pasta sauce. I may also try adding a dash of it to meatloaf for a new experience.
