Madeline: I would use Ink Soy Sauce to marinate both chicken and steak, to instill a more complex and flavorful taste to the meat. I would add Ink Soy Sauce, in place of salt, in a ground beef meat sauce for spaghetti dishes, to add a unique hint of soy and garlic to an otherwise classic entree.
