Q: What leading flavor do you taste in the soy sauce?
Zoya: Garlic and sesame.
Q: Describe the flavor, in one line.
Zoya: The flavor is pronounced, but not overwhelming.
Q: How did you use INK Soy Sauce?
Zoya: I used INK soy sauce to saute some vegetables. I took zucchini, onions, mushrooms and carrots, added INK sauce to the pan and simmered for 10 minutes or so. Once the vegetables were done I added a little more sauce for more flavor.
