A
I prepared mine in the oven. it couldn't have been easier. Just put in oven and wait until ready.

What did you think of the flavor?
A
The sauce was very robust but not overpowering. The texture of the eggplant got a tad soggy but had a great flavor. The flavors mixed together well with excellent Italian spices to compliment. I served with garlic bread and a side salad to make a great family meal in no time with slim cleanup.

It would save a lot of time in prep and cleanup alone so you would have more time to enjoy with your guests.

What makes sit down meals special to you?
A
I love having meals with my friends. It gives us an opportunity to catch up and try new places that we wouldn't want to go alone.
