Beetnik: Convenience Without Compromise

In Partnership with Beetnik

We talked to Whitney from MI and here’s what she had to say:

Q
What was your favorite part of your Beetnik Organic meal?

A
I love the simple, organic ingredients, especially the absence of soy. I also like the nutritional value (26 grams of protein and only 230 calories for the chicken meatball meal).
Q
Beetnik recognizes that all families are different, which means different diets, food allergies and health restrictions. What do you think about Beetnik’s commitment to providing meals that all family members can enjoy, together?

A
I think family meals are important, so having a meal that everyone can enjoy is a great goal. I especially appreciate it as a mother, because that means I don’t have to cook multiple dinners to suit everyone.
Q
How would you enhance your Beetnik Organic meal in the future?

A
The marinara made me think of pasta. I would pair the chicken meatballs with whole wheat, chickpea, or lentil pasta.
Q
Beetnik Organic meals allow more time for making memories at the table, and less time in the kitchen. Tell us about one of your favorite dinner time memories!

A
Every night is special in our home. Our girls are 1 and 3, and they love to talk about their days. I love hearing the mispronounced, silly words they use, and the mannerisms they’ve picked up from us and from other family members.
Q
Who would you like to share a Beetnik Organic meal with next + why?

A
I would share it with one of my sisters. They’re all health-conscious, like me, and busy, each in her own pursuits (e.g., mother, manager, chiropractor, gardener).
Beetnik has commendable values and great ingredients that you don’t often see in convenience foods.
