Bernadette On The Flavor Of Alaska Pollock Fillet Squares
The flavor was delicious. The outside was crispy and crunchy to the taste. The inside texture was flaky, yet tender. This is the best fish fillet I have eaten on the market.
Her Experience Prepping Them
It was super easy to cook and actually only took 22 minutes. I preheated the oven to 450 degrees, as stated on packaging, and placed it on a metal tray. The fillet squares cooked perfectly inside and out.
How She Served The Fillets
I paired it with tartar sauce and squeezed a little lemon on the fillets. The side was french fries extra crispy and coleslaw.
