What’d you think about the prep of your Harvest Bowl?

A
I actually didn't heat mine because it seemed like more of a salad type of thing. I thought it was good even unheated. Very convenient for quick lunches – you literally just peel the top back.

How about the flavor?

I chose the quinoa because the flavors seemed tasty and I thought the amount of fiber was good. The tomatoes were firm and not soggy. It tasted as good as a refrigerator salad from a grocery store.

Thoughts on the plant-based ingredients?

A
I think the protein level is great! The taste was really good, with varied ingredients to keep it interesting. The beans were cooked, but they were firm and not mushy. I'm surprised the quality is this good.

Where would you keep yours stashed?

A
I would keep a stash at home for working from home! I don't love doing too much work for lunch. This would be tasty and satisfying, and literally there's no prep at all.
