Monica on Pasta Sides’ Prep
Pasta Sides was so easy to make, I didn't even have to stay in the kitchen the whole time. I just boiled the water, added the pasta and added the sauce. For something so tasty, I would never believe it took seconds of my time to make.
What she Thought of the Flavor
I chose Cheese Tomato Shells because I couldn't decide between a cream sauce and a red sauce, and I figured this would be the best of both worlds. It was tangy and savory as well as creamy and cheesy. Pretty much the best flavor combinations ever.
How Monica Would Make Pasta Sides a Full Meal
I would definitely use this as a side dish to something like a panini or grilled cheese sandwich, or I would add chicken or Italian sausage to make it a compete meal. I actually just had this alone as an after-school snack with me and my daughter, and it was perfect.
Monica’s After Dinner Go-To
My favorite after-dinner activity is to watch a movie. We usually only do this one or two times a week, but it's so nice and relaxing, and it brings us all together.
