Simple Pasta Sides Creamy Alfredo!

In Partnership with Kraft Pasta Sides

We talked to Shelley from PA and here’s what she had to say:

Shelley On Pasta Sides’ Prep
The Kraft Pasta Sides was easy to make, just boil the pasta, drain and then add sauce pouch and seasoning packet to pasta and mix. The pasta cooked for 13 minutes so in total probably 20 minutes until the water boiled to add pasta. The instructions were very easy to follow.
What She Thought Of The Flavor
I chose the Creamy Alfredo Penne Pasta Sides. The pasta is very creamy, can taste the garlic from the seasoning packet. It has a good flavor but you can't eat a lot of it at one sitting. For being a side dish it has a lot of calories, 440 for 1 cup. There are only 2 servings in the box but I think serving it as a side dish you could get more servings from it because the flavor is a little rich to eat a whole serving.
How Shelley Would Make Pasta Sides A Full Meal
I would probably serve the Pasta Sides with chicken or shrimp to make it a complete meal. I think the flavor combination would be best with chicken or shrimp. I believe you could add the meats right to the pasta not just as a side.
Shelley’s After Dinner Go-to
I enjoy playing games with my children or reading books and taking 20-30 minutes to prepare the Pasta Sides with a meat would be a quick and easy meal. Cleanup would be easy as well because the Pasta Sides is made in one pot so not much cleanup.
Pasta Sides is a delicious side to compliment chicken or shrimp or mix together to make a complete meal.
