Family Dinner Made Easy With Kraft Pasta Sides
In Partnership with Kraft Pasta Sides
We talked to Emily from TX and here’s what she had to say:
Emily on Pasta Sides’ Prep
Making the Kraft Pasta Sides was incredibly simple! In total, it took about 15 minutes from when I got out the pot to when I had the dish plated. Additionally, as this was just one of several dishes I made as part of a larger meal, it was easy to coordinate with the other things I was making as it didn't require constant attention.
What she Thought of the Flavor
My whole family enjoyed the taste of the Pasta Sides. The tomato sauce was more flavorful than any store-bought sauce. It tasted so similar to my grandma's homemade sauce that my daughter didn't know the difference! The Parmesan added a nice burst of extra flavor and texture, and it thickened the sauce just a tiny bit so that it stuck nicely to the pasta. The pasta itself was perfect - it cooked perfectly al dente!!
How Emily Would Make Pasta Sides a Full Meal
I was in need of a quick, relatively effortless meal to make for my family, so along with the pasta, I took out some frozen chicken strips. I seasoned then with some cracked pepper, oregano, and parsley to complement the tomato sauce. I baked the chicken strips and cut them into small pieces and mixed then into the pasta. Everyone agreed that it made for a tasty and satisfying meal in a bowl!
Emily’s After Dinner Go-To
My friends and family love to gather for game nights. After dinner we usually will congregate in the family room on the big comfy sofas and play the loudest, craziest games we can find. Kraft Pasta Sides would be perfect for game nights because they require minimum prep time, giving me more time to visit with everyone before we get started with dinner, and clean up couldn't be easier, so we can get right to the fun as soon as dinner is over.
