School Night Box Meals to Have in the House Year Round

In Partnership with Food Network Kitchen Inspirations

We talked to Amber from GA and here’s what she had to say:

If Amber Had a Food Network Show
It would be about different ways you can compliment a meal with veggie side dishes. It would also include turning great classic meals into vegan/ vegetarian friendly meals.
Her Experience Making the Food Network Kit…
The meal was pretty easy to make, it only took about 35 minutes to prep and cook. However, the sauce smelled like BBQ which is a turn off for me.
Amber’s Thoughts On The Flavor…
I purchased the Southwest-Style Chicken and Rice kit. The flavor was really good. I'm not a Chipotle fan but it was good, the rice was just right and the chicken texture was so tender.
Why she’d Make a Food Network Kit on her Show
I would include this dish by removing the chicken. Also, replacing the white rice with a mix of brown rice and quinoa.
The Food Network Kit: Southwest-style chicken and rice kit was the perfect quick meal for after a hard day at work.
