If Christy Had A Food Network Show
My segment would be about cooking from nature's bounty. I'd cook venison, crappie, and wild Turkey like my mother taught me and her mom taught her and generations before with a more healthy twist like grilling not frying and the secret to getting the "wild" taste out of it, which is one of the biggest reasons a lot of folk don't like to eat it. I enjoy making these foods for my family that loves it and I like to see a picky eater satisfied beyond belief after a meal they never would have otherwise ate .
Her Experience Making The Food Network Kit…
The Food Network Kit was pretty simple except the shrimp prep and in my opinion frozen "cooked " shrimp would be just as good and a lot less work and time.
Christy’s Thoughts On The Flavor…
The flavor was okay but something in the spices/herbs was a little off taste sage-y to me.
Why She’d Make A Food Network Kit On Her Show
I would cook it with wild Turkey. I think the herbs would compliment it well.
