How to Feed Your Family Quickly and Healthily

In Partnership with Food Network Kitchen Inspirations

We talked to Kim from AR and here’s what she had to say:

If Kim Had A Food Network Show
If Food Network gave me a segment I would try to relate to my crowd and make yummy quick meals for people like me, busy moms. I always try to get a meal on the table but I have to use some cheats to get me there most nights. I feel like most people in my age group aren't spending an hour to two every night preparing meals, so they need something convenient.
Her Experience Making The Food Network Kit…
Prep was easy, in fact the noodles were done quicker than the box implied. I was able to cook a whole meal start to finish before my 3-year-old finished one episode of his favorite 20-minute show.
Kim’s Thoughts On The Flavor…
We chose the Shrimp Scampi Food Network Kit. No one in our household loves shrimp so we cooked some mesquite chicken to go with the noodles. It was great and had an almost Cajun flavor without being too spicy.
Why She’d Make A Food Network Kit On Her Show
As stated earlier, this dish can be prepared in less than 20 minutes. I used some pre -cooked mesquite chicken, cooked the noodles, and added the ingredients in about 15 minutes total.
For most people in the 20-30's age group trying to incorporate quick delicious meals for your family, the Food Network Kits are a go-to.
