Goodness In A Box

In Partnership with Food Network Kitchen Inspirations

We talked to Monica from CA and here’s what she had to say:

If Monica Had a Food Network Show
My show would be called Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy. My show would be scout the quickest, family friendly, easy and cheap meals while staying healthy.
Her Experience Making the Food Network Kit…
I didn't fully read the box and didn't see I had to add my own shrimp. I thought it would be dehydrated in the box. So I prepared it in a pot with the butter, water, onions and scampi powder. This took me only a few minutes to have very fresh tasting, buttery pasta which my daughter loved! So even if you make a mistake with this meal kit, you still get great food.
Monica’s Thoughts On The Flavor…
The flavor was "delicious" in the words of my daughter. She said it was cheesy, gooey deliciousness. A nice, buttery, Parmesan flavor.
Why she’d Make a Food Network Kit on her Show
I would use my mistake as an example of a way you can make a meal out of your ooops in life. I literally put everything together and walked away to clean up a little, came back a few minutes later, added cheese and voila - happy kids!
The Food Network Kit is the easiest way to a home cooked meal.
