It was easy enough. The water in the skillet did run out before the pasta was cooked and I had to add more. And in my family, the amount of pasta was too little for 2.5 people.

It was good, but next time I would add the fresh garlic the chef's notes suggested.
Why she’d Make a Food Network Kit on her Show
Well, since it was not close to the use by date, it would not fit into that cooking segment. I liked that it was so quick and easy. The fresh parsley and lemon added at the end made it taste more homemade.
