Food Network Foods Made Easy

In Partnership with Food Network Kitchen Inspirations

We talked to Nakeshia from KY and here’s what she had to say:

If Nakeshia Had a Food Network Show
I'm a stay at home mom who loves easy meals. My show would probably be called something like "Momma Eats" or "Easy Peazy Momma". I could create foods for any occasions but make them simple and fun. I would want easy prep meals along with one pot meals. The faster the meal and the easier the cleanup is my go-to.
Her Experience Making the Food Network Kit…
This meal was easy to make. The great thing about it is it one a one pan meal so hardly any cleanup involved! It took about 30 minutes from start to finished with cooking my meat.
Nakeshia’s Thoughts On The Flavor…
I purchased the Southwest-style chicken and rice kit. I love savory and spicy dishes so when I saw this one, I grabbed it. It taste amazing and is the perfect portion for two people. The great thing about these meals and if you don't want to add meat, you don't have to and it would still taste amazing!
Why she’d Make a Food Network Kit on her Show
On my show, I would have a Cowboy or cactus (because of the southwest) themed party or something to cook for and incorporate this particular kit because it has a savory taste to it and is perfect for that particular theme. I have a lot of mom friends who would love these dishes just because it's affordable, both in the wallet and time spent, easy, and not much clean up. The perfect dishes for a busy mom.
The Food Network Kit is an affordable dish any Food Network Star would be proud of!
