Flavorful South West Style Chicken in 15

In Partnership with Food Network Kitchen Inspirations

We talked to Stacy from LA and here’s what she had to say:

If Stacy Had a Food Network Show
My segment would be about "All of Louisiana's Famous Dishes". It would be a step by step breakdown on how to make the dishes, along with a history lesson.
Her Experience Making the Food Network Kit…
It was easy to make, however, the rice took so long to soften. The directions were clear and simple to follow and I like the way they gave 2 suggestions of what you could add to give it more punch.
Stacy’s Thoughts On The Flavor…
I purchased the Southwest Style Chicken and Rice Food Network Kit. It was flavorful with a little slight spice to it. The Chipotle sauce definitely gave flavor to the dish.
Why she’d Make a Food Network Kit on her Show
I would do a segment on the breakdown of the flavors in the dish and simply prepare it step by step and while I'm preparing the dish I'll do a history lesson on Chipotle Mexican Grill and speak from the year the first restaurant was opened, who started it, etc. until the present day business.
The Food Network Kit is easy Southwest style chicken in 14 minutes and done.
