Wake Up With Mash-Up Coffee

In Partnership with Mash-Up Coffee®

We talked to Heidi from GA and here’s what she had to say:

Q
How did you brew Mash-Up Coffee?

A
I brewed it in my regular drip coffee maker. It's a quick and easy way to make coffee. I do like whole bean coffee for its fresh taste and glorious smell. This coffee has a very pleasing smell. It made me feel like I was in a coffee shop and I started craving a chocolate biscotti.
Q
What did you think of the flavor?

A
I do always add cream and a little sweetener to my coffee, but I can get away with less if the coffee is of a better quality. I can't do black coffee ever. I'm not enough of a connoisseur to dive in too deep to the specific flavor of coffee beans, but I do know that I don't care for African beans, but I like Colombian beans and Indonesian beans. This coffee blended beans from two different regions that I know I like. I don't have too many comments on the flavor except, I know I like it.
Q
Why would you share a cup of Mash-Up Coffee?

A
Why wouldn't I share a cup of coffee with a friend? My favorite thing is the flavor. It blends beans from two different regions I particularly like. My best friend used to run a coffee shop and knows even more about coffee beans than I do. I would be interested in getting her opinion.
Q
What would you like to pair it with?

A
I would serve it with a delicious chocolate biscotti. Chocolate gives my life joy and meaning and goes very well with coffee.
It makes your house smell like a coffee shop.
