Grab-And-Go Breakfast

In Partnership with Veggies Made Great

We talked to Hoang from FL and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Why were you excited to try these plant-based frittatas?

A
I had never cooked a frozen frittata. I was excited to try one in such a convenient format. I also had a natural curiosity about trying a plant-based equivalent.
Q
Thoughts on the nutritional value?

A
The frittata was quite filling for having such a low calorie count. I was surprised about the sodium count, but was able to overlook this because of how filling it was. The amount of protein makes this an ideal grab-and-go breakfast.
Q
How will Veggies Made Great fit into your routine?

A
This sort of meal works best as a grab-and-go breakfast. It would fit neatly into my, or anyone's, routine. I could see this and any other flavors it exists in being a staple for my morning.
Q
Who would you like to share these with next?

A
I could see sharing this with anyone on the go. With work-from-home, it's more likely that these will not be enjoyed in a car, but instead right before work. They would also be good for late-night snacks.
I liked Veggies Made Great Beyond Meat, and could see incorporating it into my daily routine.
