Healthy Substitute For Red Meat.

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Heather from LA and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with Happy Eggs.

A
The different colored eggs kind of turned me off. I know and expected these to be farm-raised. The flavor was spot on what i expected. I always like scrambling eggs, and it's the easiest method for cooking a whole dozen at a time or generally in a big size family.
Q
What do you think the benefits of Happy Egg Hens having the highest quality feed are?

A
It's good to know that i am not putting chemicals into not only my body, but my 3 children and partner as well. My children are lactose intolerant, and have issues with dairy already.
Q
Which Happy Egg original recipe would you like to try?

A
I will try Egg fried rice. It is actually a staple in my household. I myself am not much of a meat eater, but i do like eggs for protein. When i make fried rice instead of veggies, I always do eggs and maybe a very small amount of veggies like onions.
Q
What do you think of Happy Egg’s commitment to support small family farms?

A
Local is the way to go. My ex and I ran a landscaping business, and always tried to support local individuals or businesses. I think it is important to support farmers regardless of the size of the farm. Every little bit helps.
Good quality, great taste, and all around healthy for anytime.
