Happy Hens, Happy Eggs

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Erica from CA and here’s what she had to say:

Q
What’s your favorite way to prepare Happy Eggs?

A
I like my eggs hard boiled because I can prep a few for the week and eat them for lunch or as a snack. I think anyone who is trying to be healthy and mindful of what they eat will enjoy Happy Eggs. They are organic and can be prepared in a healthy way (hard boiled) that eliminate the use of oils.
Q
The new year is the perfect time to try new things. What Happy Egg Co. recipe will you try?

A
I would like to try the deviled eggs because it’s simple and I am sure I would enjoy it. I would serve it for lunch while I encourage my coworkers to try it as well.
Q
Happy Egg Hens are pasture raised with over 8 acres of outdoor space to run + play. What do you think of Happy Eggs high animal welfare standards?

A
I love the fact that the hens are free range hens. I don’t not know this prior to purchasing the eggs and I think it is amazing. I believe that happier hens produce a better product.
Q
What do you think of Happy Egg’s choice to raise their hens on small family farms, in support of family farmers?

A
It is important to support small family farms. They usually provide better care for their animals and understand quantity and quality. Bigger complains only care about profit with out taking into mind the quality of their products.
Amazing product in which is produced by free range hens.
