Happy Egg Standard

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Amy from WI and here’s what she had to say:

Q
What’s your favorite way to prepare Happy Eggs?

A
My favorite way to prepare eggs is scrambled with cheese and milk.
Q
The new year is the perfect time to try new things. What Happy Egg Co. recipe will you try?

A
All of them sound equally delicious but I think the one that stands out the most is the Rocky Sunrise Burger. Eggs on a burger is one of the most delicious combinations ever.
Q
Happy Egg Hens are pasture raised with over 8 acres of outdoor space to run + play. What do you think of Happy Eggs high animal welfare standards?

A
I honestly don't pay much attention to free range and organic products but this company sounds amazing and I was so privileged to have a background of the food that I was consuming. It makes you take a look at other things and researching where your food is coming from.
Q
What do you think of Happy Egg’s choice to raise their hens on small family farms, in support of family farmers?

A
I think agriculture is extremely important and the fact that these are small farms who take care and pride in their product makes me very happy. I think this is an avenue where we can support growth and ultimately lead to healthy options on the shelves.
Happy eggs make for a happy breakfast.
