Think About Where Your Food Comes From…

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Kristin from CA and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I kept it simple. I wanted to try it over the cast iron skillet, over medium. The flavor was incredible!
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I freaking love it! Who wants to eat an abused anything? When things are cared for, regardless of whether we eat or not, it just seems like the right way to do it. Be kind to others is my motto. Some may not think this applies to chickens, but I think it should apply to life in general. Great job!!!
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
Definitely do an eggs Benedict and for a later afternoon snack, homemade deviled eggs! Both sound delish right about now.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
Either have friend and family over or going over their home to share a meal, talk about the latest and greatest. Just enjoy each other's company. Pretty simple but I like it.
Never put too much thought into this topic but I'd much rather eat Happy Eggs eggs from a happier, stress free chicken now that I know how much the eggs differ from the traditional egg farms.
