The Taste Of Ethical Eggs

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Thu from CA and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I chose to scramble two eggs to put on toast for a late night snack since it's one of my favorite ways to prepare eggs and the flavors are more prominent to me when prepared that way. The raw yolk consistency was thicker with more viscosity. Once scrambled with no salt added, the eggs were lightly savory with a buttery, rich flavor. The aftertaste was delicious with a slight hint of grassy flavor.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I am very happy to hear that Happy Egg Co. has not only high-quality tasty eggs, but is committed to hen welfare as well. I highly support animal welfare and refuse to buy products involved in animal cruelty.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I would make egg-drop soup for family dinners and deviled eggs for a picnic or party since they are such fun, simple, and tasty recipes. Deviled eggs are aesthetically-pleasing to the foodie and non-foodie alike. Also, Happy Eggs would also be a great choice for Eggs Benedict with the resilience and thick, rich flavors of the yolk.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
I love to spend quality time with my family and friends by making arts and crafts, cooking, and watching films and plays together.
Happy Eggs not only provided a snack made of nutritious, buttery rich eggs from a high quality source, but is also highly dedicated to animal welfare.
