The Happy Egg
In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Sharon from Gautier, MS and here’s what she had to say:
Q:
Which Happy Egg Original Recipe would you like to try? (All Happy Egg Recipes can be found HERE on their website).
A: The Italian Fried Egg + Portabella Mushroom Burger looks like a new and exciting twist on the hamburger with fried egg my family currently enjoys.
Q: What do you think about Happy Egg’s commitment to providing environmentally-friendly eggs?
A: I believe every living thing should be raised naturally. Knowing that something my family is eating has been raised by a company that cares about how their product is being raised makes me feel like I am doing the very best for my family.
Q: How did you prepare your Happy Eggs?
A: I fried them to medium in coconut oil with salt and pepper.
Q: Did the packaging stand out to you?
A: The product was very easy to locate. The bright colored box made it stand out amongst the others.
Q: What’s a go-to recipe for you that requires eggs?
A: I make a lot of pancakes, French toast, and brownies. But, my family’s favorite is just plain eating eggs breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks.
Q: What do you think of Happy Egg’s partnership with their farmers?
A: I think any company that is committed to helping and educating the American small family is a company that I want to give my money to.
Eggs so fresh you’ll think they were gathered today!
Thank you for your time, Sharon! We love your feedback
