The Egg Chronicles

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Bridgett from TX and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I scrambled two eggs with very little seasoning (black pepper and seasoning salt) as a late morning snack. The eggs cooked up fluffy and the flavor is surprisingly light. They're not intrusive on the palate at all.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
It's encouraging to know that the company is conscious enough to care about the way their products are produced. I believe that if you genuinely consider the welfare of animals that produce consumable products, we all get to benefit from clean eating and the assurance of knowing that there are actually quality products on the market.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I would love to use these eggs in a homemade combination fried rice recipe and would share it with my daughter. We both love experimental cooking and often try to put our own spin on humdrum recipes to make them pop!
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
We enjoy watching comedies on TV and watching funny videos. We do it because we all like to laugh and it brings us together under one roof.
Fluffy and light will keep things right!
