The Egg Business: Done the Right Way!

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Jen from CA and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
My favorite way to cook eggs is fried over easy in some butter on top of a nice, cool salad. The eggs were fresh and light with a great yolk taste.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I have a lot of friends who raise hens for the fresh eggs. Happy hens produce better tasting eggs. I love that Happy Egg Co. is committed to Happy Hens and animal welfare is a part of their business model.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I love fried eggs atop a salad, deviled egg potato salad is a family favorite and eggs in a basket is a go-to favorite for lazy summer breakfasts.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
We spend a lot of time together when we're not too busy with work and obligations. We train in karate as a family, spend our afternoons hiking along the California coast and spend nights together watching movies and eating snacks. We cherish the time we have together and incorporate great experiences for our children whenever we can.
We absolutely loved Happy Egg Co. Eggs and the family farm business model is one we can support!
