The Better Egg

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Latisha from TX and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I ate them scrambled with sausage and peppers. It was very flavorful and tasted different from the generic eggs you buy that are cheap.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I love their commitment to animal welfare. Animals are all Gods creatures and should be treated as such.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I would love to try them in a quiche they would just add the bit of flavor that you want with breakfast.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
I love to go to the movies and just go out and and spend time at restaurants, parks, and events.
Happy eggs have a rich, deeper texture that are a nice compliment to my eating plan.
