The best happiness

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

Happy Egg Carton and egg shells

We talked to Scott from Fayetteville, TN and here’s what he had to say:

Which Happy Egg Original Recipe would you like to try? (All Happy Egg Recipes can be found HERE on their website).

A:  The Perfect Omelet. I have always loved omelets. I am trying to get my children to eat eggs. They have never been very good at eating eggs but maybe with them being brown and that’s something new it might just work.
Q: What do you think about Happy Egg’s commitment to providing environmentally-friendly eggs?
A:  I think this is a great idea. I never liked the idea of the closed in farms where they are stuck inside all over one another. Just too close.
Q: How did you prepare your Happy Eggs?
A:  I live scrambled eggs. I always scramble them add milk and cook.
Q: Did the packaging stand out to you?
A:  They are easy to spot. The yellow carton makes it very easy to pick out.
Q: What’s a go-to recipe for you that requires eggs?
A:  I have 3 small children so cake is a big thing at our house. We have scrambled and fried for breakfast. And somtimes breakfast for supper.
Q: What do you think of Happy Egg’s partnership with their farmers?
A:  I thunk it is great. Smaller farms means more attention to the product.
