Tasty!

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Monica from AZ and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I had this midday but I haven't had lunch so it was more of a snack because I was planning on a late lunch. I didn't do anything to prepare it. I just cracked it open and put it on the pan to cook it so that the yolk was almost cooked all the way but not quite. I don't put salt on my eggs so it was just plain plus this allowed me to really taste the flavor. The white tasted pretty much like any other egg but the yoke was pretty tasty, even without the salt!
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
That's great to hear. I wish more of the food industry was like that without it having to be too expensive.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
My favorite dish to share at parties or potlucks is a potato salad with hard-boiled eggs. It's an easy dish to make that feeds a lot of people and I must say I make a pretty good potato salad.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
I like hanging out in the pool with my family, and when the weather isn't too hot, we like to barbecue on the weekends and just hang out while our kids play outside.
It's a great, healthy choice, and best of all, they're so tasty that you don't need salt.
