Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I made scrambled eggs with mozzarella cheese. It had more of a creamy flavor and I better taste than regular eggs that I can't really describe. My daughter even asked for more.

How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
It is much better than most companies that have their chickens in tiny little cages feeding them crap food. I used to have chickens and it's much better for them to be able to roam around.

Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I would do an asparagus strata. Everyone loves these. A baked dish with a little bit of salt, eggs milk and asparagus. You can make a whole meal out of this and everybody loves it.

Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
I had chickens and they were a little mischievous sometimes, pooping everywhere and flying over fences. The kids loved playing with them and petting them.
Tastes much better than the average egg.
