Separating Our Brand By Showing A Little Love

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Catherine from WA and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I prepared two over-easy eggs (butter for the pan). I chose this recipe because I believe it will most accurately portray the quality and freshness of the eggs.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I think that’s a fantastic stance to hold. I’ve never heard of the brand itself before now, but I support its sentiment.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
When I think cookout, I think deviled eggs. They’re delicious, easy to make, and easy to share.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
I’m from Washington and we love all things adventurous. Last weekend, I went windsurfing with my boyfriend; next weekend, it’s skydiving. The important thing is to find people who love what you love and get moving.
Eggs made with love.
