Rocky Raw Smile!!

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Mari from CA and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I made soft boiled for top of beef bowl. I cooked them hard-boiled for egg salad sandwich for tomorrow morning. I always like to prepare high-grade and fresh egg for simple food and try to eat a little raw. It was a good egg. Honestly, I do not know how different the taste and flavor was, but I feel safe to eat raw egg, and I can prepare a variety of meals that cannot be prepared usually.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
This is great!! I want to support!
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I would choose Broccoli avocado egg salad! Everything great for summer veggies. It’s easy to prepare and can be made ahead of time. Chiffon cake for bake! This one needs a lot of white eggs. Light cake can be made with low sugar. I would like to share with my cousin who likes to cook.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
I love picnic and light hike, have a meal under the shade, and breathe fresh outside air. Going outside and eating outside are good for our health.
Happy Eggs are high-grade, fresh, and safe to have as raw.
