Returning to the Joys of Nature

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Linda from ID and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I used two eggs to create an omlette. I whipped them together put them in an omelette maker added grated cheese, chopped onions and a little milk. I sprayed the pan first with oil. The omelette was delicious.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I feel inspired both by the commitment and being able to visualize Happy Hens providing me with Happy Eggs!
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I have family coming for the 4th of July holiday. In addition to celebrating the 4th we will also be celebrating my daughter's birthday. I plan to make some gourmet omelettes for my family and a scrumptious angel food cake with a Cool Whip topping and fresh strawberries and blueberries on it to make it look like a flag.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
I am a farmer's daughter and I love to be outside with my family at my son in laws family ranch. I love to horseback ride and enjoy nature. It is relaxing and rejuvenating.
By buying and using Happy Eggs I feel inspired to create a happier and healthier lifestyle for myself and my family.
