We talked to Vanessa from Montgomery, AL and here’s what she had to say:
Q: What’s a go-to recipe for you that requires eggs?
A: I normally prepare eggs for breakfast. My family loves scrambled eggs.
Q: What was your first impression of the packaging?
A: I appreciate the commitment. I like that time and care for customers as well as a great product is of great value. I am also happy the hens are treated with such good care.
Q: Did the packaging stand out to you?
A: The product was semi easy to locate. The packaging didnt stand out to me. There were several brands of eggs on the shelf.
Q: Which Happy Egg Original Recipe would you like to try? (All Happy Egg Recipes can be found at happyegg.co/recipes/ )
A: I would like to make omelettes for the Happy original recipe. I love making almonds with spinach, cheese, onions and hash browns. I am very open to trying something different adding a new twist.
Q: What do you think about Happy Egg’s commitment to providing environmentally-friendly eggs?
A: I think that natural living conditions for the hens is the best.. If the hens are well nourished and treated well, they will yield a better product and healthier product.
Q: How did you prepare your Happy Eggs?
A: I chose to scramble my eggs with salt and pepper and olive oil.
I was skeptical because I’ve never tried brown eggs. I was amazingly surprised with the great taste and texture. They were great.
