Old-Fashioned Eggs In A New Fashion

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Ann from WY and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I scrambled the eggs with a teaspoon of vanilla salt and pepper. I like fluffy scrambled eggs. The flavor was good like a fresh egg and not like one that has been sitting around for a few months.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I feel that when hens are not stressed, they lay better eggs.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I will try the eggs in my fresh Ceasar salad dressing on some nice crisp lettuce.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
I like to visit with my best friend and cook. We cook everything from jams to cakes several times a year.
These eggs remind me of the ones my grandma got from her chickens 50 years ago when I was a child.
